Same Soul, Many Bodies

“The earth life is a gift. It is a school to learn how love manifests in the physical dimensions where bodies and emotions exist.” I read this in Same Soul, ManyBodies by Dr Brian Weiss.

Only a few believe in the afterlife. If taken into consideration that our soul is a form of energy, a soul can neither be created nor be destroyed but can be divided. This statement might seem absurd as how can a soul be divided? But sometimes, we meet people within whom we find our own reflection.

Same Soul, Many Bodies is based on the after works of Dr Brian Weiss. After that incident with Catherine during therapy in that first book Many Lives, Many Masters, the quest to dive into this subject lead to this. In this book, you will witness different therapeutic sessions. Here, the sessions deal in empathy, compassion, love, healing etc. These virtues have been offered a detailed explanation of how they constitute a healthy life, i.e., they are explained beyond the layman’s knowledge.

Since some revelations might seem irrational, Dr Brian has agreed to accept that these facts can’t be considered factual and are yet to be proved scientifically. But one thing that those revelations signify is the quest for one. Remember what we read in the first book, ‘we all seem to be going to the same place ultimately, albeit at different speeds. No one is greater than another.’ The quest for one signifies the existence of supreme beings. There are only a few who seem to empathise, and there are few who sympathise with others. The one who can empathise can inspire others, and these humans are a step ahead of others in life. The point is to connect spiritually.

This book was better than the first one because it didn’t require extra details to move ahead in the book. The events that are rational or irrational to the human brain have been dealt with delicately. The explanations are vivid and relate to daily life experiences. This book might inspire you to study your emotions, and how to let yourself grow from your past. The writing style keeps you engaged, and you are requested to try this book with an open mind. Sometimes stories don’t have to make sense to you because the lessons they teach are inspiring, and this is one such book.
